We finally checked out Ngon Brisbane at Paddington after seeing the many wonderful comments online and we’re happy to share that they did live up to the hype.

Feeling gluttonous, we ordered their Breakfast Banh Mi, Beef Pho, Vietnamese Duck Curry and finished with their Pandan Creme Brûlée.

Everything was on point - beautiful crispy bun with the Banh Mi, the Pho tasted very clean yet still flavourful, the Duck Curry was rich and went very well with the rice, and the Creme Brûlée was full of delicious pandan flavour.

We also had the opportunity to sit down & have a chat with the amazing chef behind Ngon, Tuan, who shared with us his incredibly passion for the restaurant, his family, and good food.
