Banh Mi Factory
Banh Mi Factory started out as a family-run market stall at the Eagle Farm Markets in 2014 with a vision to bring the flavours of Vietnamese street foods to Brisbane. Today, you can find them at their recently-opened store in Zillmere as well as at the Carseldine Markets in the North of Brisbane.
Serving their traditional family recipes, they specialise in authentic Banh Mi - hence the name - along with their 24-hour broth Pho, Rice Bowls, Vermicelli Salads, and a small selection of handmade spring rolls & skewers.
Having tried out their Banh Mi, we can vouch for the quality! Crunchy baguette served with their house-made mayo and pate, pickled carrots, cucumber and your choice of filling.
You can expect high quality Vietnamese street food from this family-run business at great value. Bonus - they also provide catering for meetings, functions and special events.
