Brunchin’ at the new Ninebar + Kitchen at Coorparoo. We’re always thrilled to find out about good quality cafes in the south side so we don’t have to travel far. So, you can imagine our excitement when we heard about Ninebar + Kitchen that has recently opened in mid November last year (2019).

Adequately named after the optimal pressure used to extract espresso, Ninebar and Kitchen a bright, open, and inviting cafe to enjoy breakfast and lunch, or just a good cup of coffee.

We had the opportunity to talked to owner-operations, Mark & Sam, and found out that Mark has a background as a fruits and veggies supplier to some of Brisbane’s best restaurants, so you know the ingredients they use are on point.

This is what we had:
🥪 Croque Madame - Our favourite dish amongst everything we tried, it’s simple but decadent thanks to the creamy béchamel sauce and cheese with a hint of dijon.

🌿 Mushroom Stack - Probably the biggest field mushroom we’ve ever seen topped with spinach & poached eggs with a delicious buttery hollandaise.

🍝 Linguine Al Salmone - One from their lunch selection, this smoked salmon linguine features a beautiful tomato sauce and creamy avocado pieces.
