The Vintaged Bar & Grill | Hilton Brisbane
Recently re-opened after a couple months of hiatus, The Vintaged Bar + Grill at Hilton Brisbane is back with a fresh new Spring menu that is centred around ethically and locally sourced ingredients – including one that is produce right on their roof top!
We had the wonderful privilege of experiencing a three-course meal from the restaurant together with Anto Oko & Hey Brisbane, and we were honestly impressed with the quality of not only their food but the impeccable hospitality from the team as well.
Their dinner menu offers four delicious options in each course to select from, an incredibly difficult feat for us as everything on there was equally-enticing. If you are a steak kind of person, you would be happy to know that they have a daily selection of top tier Australian beef available on their little blackboard inside the restaurant.
Not forgetting about the drinks, you can start your evening with a selection of skilfully crafted cocktails from the bar.
At only $46 for Two Courses and $63 for the Three Course option, we genuinely think that it is great value given the high quality of the food and service. A great place for those extra special date nights or if you are celebrating.
Currently dinners are only available every Friday and Saturday.
