KCS Chicken
KCS Chicken is the ‘Korean Fried Chicken’ project from the husband and wife team behind the cosy Kimchicheesesmile previously serving up-scale contemporary Korean food in Woollooongabba.
When owners Sara & Jamie realised that their menu would not translate well for takeaway during the pandemic, they came up with a whole new menu that centres around their wholesome Korean Boneless Fried Chicken!
You can choose to have your chicken plain or one of their two flavours at the moment - Korean Sweet Chilli or Secret Soy, along with a small selection of sides like creamy mash and their house-made kimchi.
Be sure to also grab one of their Thick Shakes, especially the Misugaru Shake! Misugaru is a traditional Korean roasted multigrain powder that tastes just as good as it sounds - with a malty, peanut-y flavour. Thick shake without the guilt!
Plus, if you’re ordering on Mondays, they’ll also throw in a free doughnut when you spend over $25.
KCS Chicken opens Thursdays to Mondays from 4pm and you can find them at 2/888 Stanley St.
