For the lovers of everything pink and instagrammable, prepare to fall head over heels for Dirty Sultan’s new pink themed Turkish café, The Rose Room.
On the ground floor of The Constance Hotel in Fortitude Valley, an elevator ride away from Turkish-inspired rooftop bar Dirty Sultan, you’ll find a blush pink wonderland, Dirty Sultan’s sister venue The Rose Room. Opening at the tail-end of 2020, The Rose Room is an all-pink Neo-Turkish café by day and a multi-purpose, glamorous private function space by night.
From rows of rose gold champagne bottles lining the entryway, rose murals adorning the walls, pink curtains hanging from the windows, and Turkish-style lamps decorating the ceiling, there is shareable details everywhere you look. Though make sure to keep some space in your camera roll for the food and drinks too!
Offering an all-day Turkish-inspired menu, don’t expect to see the typical bacon and eggs dish on the menu at The Rose Room. Instead, think a Breakfast Pide, Mediterranean Health Bowl and traditional breakfast classics with a Turkish twist - Turkish Eggs Benedict and Turkish Avocado Toast.
For those chasing something sweet and suitably pink, the Turkish Delight Smoothie Bowl or the Baklava Berry Pancake Stack are two brilliant options, both pairing perfectly with the café’s decadent signature Turkish Delight thick shake. Otherwise, you can enjoy barista coffee, a selection of standard and herbal teas, and freshly squeezed juices.
Visiting with a group? Share the fantastic value for money, The Sultan’s Turkish Breakfast, a massive share board brimming with deliciousness. If you still have room, before you leave make sure to also ask the friendly staff about the café’s daily selection of artisan pastries, cakes and homemade sweet treats!
The Rose Room is open Wednesday to Saturday from 7am to Midday and open till 2pm on Sundays.
