Who doesn’t love seafood? The only bad thing about them is that it’s rarely satisfying to to have them in small amounts. So we instigated an exploration into Brisbane’s best seafood buffet restaurants.

1) Thyme 2

It’s not surprising that Sofitel’s fine-dining restaurant receives rave reviews on TripAdvisor. While the price may seem hefty to some, at the buffet you get to enjoy a mouth-watering array of fresh seafood. Sea-breeze-infused batches of shucked oysters lay on fresh crushed ice, alongside plates of marinated mussels and cooked king prawns. It’s an extravagance that you must treat yourself to sometimes.
